Order Delivery:
When the customer completes the purchase process through “Buqsha Store”, a confirmation message will be sent to the registered e-mail containing the full order details.
In the event of incomplete or wrong information, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded within (3 - 7) working days as a purchase credit, with the customer bearing any bank fees due to the application.

Return Policy:
- Returned due to an error from the site (product is not as described - product defect - incomplete - etc.) Contact us via WhatsApp at +974-74434777 or through the online chat on the site to start the retrieval process, and you will be provided with an appointment to collect defective products.
- Your request will be processed within 3-7 working days from the date of receiving the order.
- The period for returning the amount to your account may vary and is determined by the bank. Please contact the bank for more details.
- Returning a product due to the customer's unwillingness:
- Contact us via the WhatsApp service at +974-74434777 or through the online chat on the site to start the retrieval process, and you will be provided with an appointment where the delivery team will receive you to receive the request you want to return.
- The product must be returned in its original condition upon receipt within a period of (7) days from the date of receipt.
- Delivery costs QR 50 will be calculated upon receiving the order.
- Your request will be processed within 3-7 working days from the date of receiving the order.
- The paid amount will be added as a purchase balance to your account in the "online store"
The credit usage is valid for (6) months only. The user must agree to the terms and conditions of delivery, payment and insurance.
